Who is the Owner Portal app for?
LocalOwner is for homeowners whose properties are already managed by LocalVR. You cannot create an account inside the app. If your home is with us and you do not have access yet, contact your account manager.
How do I get access?
Your LocalVR team creates your Owner Portal account. Download LocalOwner from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with the credentials your team provided.
Is there a web version of the Owner Portal?
Yes. The same calendar, statements, and care tools are available at the Owner Portal on the web if you prefer a larger screen.
