Do I need an agreement to refer a client?
No. Any agent can refer a client and earn up to $5,000, paid to their brokerage. Partner agents sign a partnership agreement and earn 5% of the management fee we earn on reservations at each home you refer, for as long as the home stays with us and your partnership is in place.

What does a projection include?
