By the home's projected annual rental revenue, from the free projection we prepare for the homeowner. Homes projected under $100K a year don't earn a reward.
When do I get paid?
After the home's first full season with us, or three months after it goes live, whichever comes first.
Where does the home need to be?
In one of our markets: Breckenridge, Vail, Park City, Telluride, Big Sky, or Lake Tahoe.
