  • Location: Idaho Springs, CO
  • Highlights: Mineral water swimming pool, geothermal caves, outdoor jacuzzis, private indoor baths, and mud baths.
  • About: Under the translucent dome lies a tropical paradise, complete with flowering plants and live Banana and Palm Trees. The swimming pool is continually fed with hot mineral water at 115°. With an average temperature of 90° to 100° our pool is a favorite with adults and children of all ages.

  • Price: $18 - $28

  • About: This is a natural hot spring along the Colorado River with no facilities. There’s a steep trail which flattens out and then a climb down into the Radium Hot Spring. Although short, you have to be prepared for the climb down at the end and the climb back up. If a little bit of climbing isn’t your thing, then maybe this is one natural hot spring to avoid!   • Hours: No hours, but we highly recommend visiting while daylight
  • Best time to visit: Summer through fall (the spring snow melt-off could raise water levels and wash out the hot springs)
