Homeowners are responsible for paying their HOA fees and utilities. Owners are also responsible for covering the cost of any repairs or maintenance that is outside the scope of a routine inspection.
Fees for outside services like hot tub maintenance, trash service, and snow plowing and shoveling are the owner’s responsibility.
Extra services are available from LocalVR contractors at competitive rates.
